Early Arrival and Late Departure

Want to extend your stay? You can book Early Arrival (4/11) or Late Departure (10/11) as add-ons during registration. This gives you a little more time to settle in or wind down — perfect if you're traveling far or want to enjoy a quieter arrival.

By Plane

  • Take a plane to Brussels Airport (Zaventem)
  • Walk to the airport train station
  • Take the train from the airport to Brussels Central Station
  • Trains run every 15 minutes

By Train

  • Take the train to Brussels Central Station
  • All travel instructions and timetables are available on the Belgian Train website

By Foot

From Brussels Central Station, the hotel is a short walk away

By Car

  • The hotel is located within Brussels' LEZ (Low Emission Zone)
  • Older, diesel, or highly polluting cars cannot enter the city
  • Registration is mandatory for all vehicles registered outside Belgium (except The Netherlands)
  • Failing to register can result in a €350 fine

Parking

  • Parking is at Parking Panorama, managed by the city
  • Standard rate: €16/day
  • Flüüfff attendees get a reduced rate of €13/day (ask at the hotel reception)

Note: The parking spots are small, and the parking itself is not large

Belgium’s traffic rules can be a little complex — take care.

Speed limits:

  • Urban areas: 50km/h
  • Outside urban areas in Flanders: 70km/h
  • Outside urban areas in Wallonia: 90km/h

Whether this is your first time in the forest or you’ve walked this path before, a few questions always arise. Here’s what you might be wondering before you step beneath the branches...

Do I need to book a hotel room separately?

No. If you purchase a residential ticket, your hotel stay is included. Only day tickets do not include accommodation. No additional booking with the hotel is required — we’ll take care of that for you.

Can I share a room with friends?

Yes! You can indicate roommate preferences during registration.

  • One person (the room owner) has to book a FULL bedroom during registration.
  • Your roommates only have to buy a Convention Ticket to be able to join your room.
When can I check in and out?

Check-in at the Bedford Hotel is from 16:00 on your arrival day.

Check-out is at 12:00 on your departure day.

You’ll be able to store your luggage with the hotel if you arrive early or leave later.

Can I add an extra night (or two)?

Yes! Early Arrival (4/11) and Late Departure (10/11) can be added to your booking during registration.

These are optional and give you more time to settle in or wind down.

Do I need to be a furry to attend?

Not at all. Flüüfff is open to anyone curious about the fandom or just looking for a creative, welcoming space. You don’t need to be a furry — or have a fursuit — to enjoy the convention.

Can I still attend if I don’t stay at the hotel?

Yes! You can purchase a Day Ticket to join for one or more days.
This ticket gives you full access to the convention area and events on your selected day(s).
Accommodation is not included in this ticket.
